Milo Rocks the Canadian National Exhibition

Vertex was very pleased to be asked to supply all audio equipment for the 2003 C.N.E.'s Bandshell stage at Exhibition Place. The roster of artists ran the gamut from classical artists like the Canada Pops Orchestra, to hip hop acts from the the Toronto Urban Music Festival. We even had the unique honor of witnessing the setting of a new Guiness World Record by Elmo and several thousand of his best friends who set a new world's record for the largest Hokey-Pokey dance performance! Throughout the many daily events, one important constant was the natural, effortless sound provided to all of the performances by our new Meyer Sound Milo line array sound system. Vertex is Canada's first purchaser of this leading edge sound system from Meyer, and the Milo system has the industry buzzing! From mid size halls to the largest stadiums, the 4-way, entirely self-powered Milo's delivers ultra clean audio in the easiest to use package ever brought to market in our industry. The artists who got to work with the system at this year's C.N.E. were very happy with the results - here is a partial list:
